1. Membership Eligibility
KIVO membership is available only to users who are at least 18 years old and who comply with this Membership Agreement, the User Agreement, and applicable Google Play rules.
2. Membership Features
Membership may unlock or enhance premium functions, including expanded video and photo organization, private collection tools, note management, media browsing convenience, and refined access to future KIVO features.
3. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date. Prices, billing periods, trial availability, taxes, and regional availability may be shown at purchase time.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the Google Play account used for purchase. Deleting KIVO from a device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under Google Play refund rules unless otherwise required by law. KIVO does not process payment card details directly.
6. Changes to Membership
KIVO may change membership features, pricing, or availability. Where required, users will receive notice or Google Play prompts before material subscription changes take effect.
7. Local Content and Membership
Your videos, photos, notes, and private collection selections remain stored locally on the phone. Membership does not change KIVO's privacy position: only a user ID is collected by KIVO.
