1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using KIVO, you agree to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Membership Agreement when applicable, and any rules that apply through Google Play.
2. Age Requirement
KIVO is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. You may not use KIVO if you are under 18.
3. App Functions
KIVO includes private media functions such as video browsing, photo browsing, media duration badges, file names, media dates, Private buttons, Note buttons, Notes filters for All, Videos, Photos, and Music, and note edit and delete actions.
4. Local Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the videos, photos, notes, media labels, and private collection items you store or manage in KIVO. You must have the legal right to use, view, organize, or keep any content you place in the app.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use KIVO to store, organize, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass private collection controls, membership access, payment systems, or security features.
- Do not interfere with app operation, reverse engineer restricted parts of the app, or misuse Google Play services.
6. Membership and Purchases
KIVO may offer paid membership access. Membership terms, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund information are described in the Membership Agreement and in the purchase flow shown by Google Play.
7. Local Storage and Device Access
KIVO stores app content locally on the phone. You are responsible for maintaining enough device storage, keeping your operating system current, and securing your device from unauthorized access.
8. No Warranty
KIVO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every media file, permanent availability of every feature, or error-free local storage behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIVO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
